About Us

The practice was set up in 2002 and is based in Sherborne.

The practice started as a traditional accounting firm, offering a variety of services from accounting support to tax advice. As the business developed, it became clear that our clients wanted specialist advice, especially tax planning, with this being as important as basic compliance services.

We adapted to the needs of our clients to provide more specialist tax advice and planning, including share schemes and mergers and acquisitions, whilst continuing to provide compliance in the form of statutory accounts and corporation tax. In addition, the personal tax needs of company owners and directors are met via personal tax advisory and compliance services.
